The Chanoko Trail Runs offer two distances to choose from: 31K and 5K. The 31K will start from Auburn Overlook and run to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake on the famous Pioneer Express Trail. The 5K will start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.

Finishers at each event will receive custom Chanoko finisher medals. Finishers of the Chanoko 31K will also receive a finisher's long-sleeved T-shirt.

A Shuttle Bus for 31K runners will depart the finish area at Granite Beach to head to the start line at 7 am. Tickets are available on a limited first-come basis for $25.

We will also have post race food for all runners at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake after their runs are finished.

Overall male and female champions in each race will receive special champion awards and age-group awards will be presented three-deep for both races.
